Project Managers

This is the heart of our operations, where we monitor all tasks in real time both in Europe and Japan. Our on-line tracking system is state-of-the-art to even enable clients to log on and track their assignments in real time 24/7.

Quality Assurance

We care about quality, and to this end we have implemented stringent quality assurance systems. Our QA staff applies both automatic checking procedures as well as manual checking to visually verify document layouts and make sure documents are perfect prior to delivery.

Express Translation

For urgent projects, this service delivers up to 200 words in 50+ languages usually in an hour or two and guaranteed within 24 hours – no minimum charges.

IT

Due to the complexity of assignments and the wide range of applications we handle, we employ a specialized team that assists with file conversions, translation memory work and other automation tasks.

DTP

Although DTP has become a highly automated task, it still requires specialized knowledge. Our DTP operators manage the publishing side of documents, primarily in Adobe® InDesign® and Adobe® FrameMaker®.

Language facts

MALTESE
Maltese is the national language of Malta, and island in the Mediterranean, where it enjoys co-official status together with English since 1934. Maltese originates from Siculo-Arabic (the Arabic dialect that developed in Sicily and the rest of Southern Italy), but has substantial borrowed vocabulary from Sicilian, Italian and recently also English. The percentage of borrowed words is estimated to be more than 50%. It is the only Semitic language written in the Latin alphabet.


Today, in the general population, there is a trend towards increased used of English, and many parents nowadays choose to bring up their children in English.
